Chateau Yvonne Saumur chenin blanc 2022 White Wine
Château Yvonne Saumur Chenin Blanc 2022 is a single-varietal white wine made from Chenin Blanc within the AOC Saumur in the Loire Valley. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils.
The vines are farmed according to biodynamic principles, aiming to highlight the fruit and the expression of the terroir.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts in French oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 225L French oak barrels — 30% in new oak and the remaining in used barrels.
Château Yvonne Saumur is a crisp and fresh wine, with great aging potential.
