Cisteller Xarel-lo 2023 White Wine
Cisteller Xarel·lo White 2023 is a white wine produced by Cisteller in the Penedès region.
The wine is made from 100% Xarel·lo, sourced from organically farmed vineyards planted on marine and limestone soils. The blend comes from three different vineyard plots, all characterized by calcareous soils.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in a combination of stainless steel tanks, amphorae, and barrels, where the wine also remains aging on its lees, adding texture and complexity.
The wine is unfiltered, unfined, and unstabilized, preserving the pure expression of the grape and its terroir.
