De Moor Vendangeur Masqué Le Même Azimut 2024 White Wine
Alice et Olivier De Moor Vendangeur Masqué “Le Même Azimut” Blanc 2024 is a white wine produced under the Chablis A.O.C.
It is a blend of 40% Riesling, 40% Gewürztraminer, 10% Pinot Blanc, and 10% Muscat, sourced from the village of Itterswiller, planted on clay-limestone soils.
The Riesling must undergoes alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in barrels and demi-muids. The other varieties ferment with indigenous yeasts in vats, with three weeks of whole-cluster maceration, before being pressed and transferred to barrels and demi-muids.
The wine is aged for 11 months in oak barrels, followed by an additional 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
