Domaine Bretaudeau Justice 2024 Orange Wine
Domaine Bretaudeau Justice White 2024 is a white wine produced by Domaine Bretaudeau within the A.O.C. Muscadet.
The wine is a blend of 80% Chardonnay from 30-year-old vines and 20% Savagnin from 6-year-old vines. The vineyard soils are composed of granite and white and pink quartz.
The grapes are hand-harvested, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes 15 days of skin maceration.
It is then aged in a combination of concrete eggs, 800L amphorae, and double barrels.
