Domaine Bretaudeau Macération 2024 Orange Wine
Domaine Bretaudeau Macération Orange 2024 is a white wine produced by Domaine Bretaudeau within the A.O.C. Muscadet.
The wine is a single-varietal Pinot Gris sourced from vineyards with granite and white and pink quartz soils, with an average vine age of 15 years.
The grapes are hand-harvested, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes 15 days of skin maceration.
It is then aged in a combination of 400L barrels, 800L amphorae, and foudres.
