Jérôme Bretaudeu Théia 2025 White Wine
Jérôme Bretaudeau Théia 2025 is a white wine made by Jérôme Bretaudeau in Gétigné, Muscadet, Loire Valley, France, classified as Vin de France.
It is a single-variety Melon de Bourgogne, sourced from vines between 30 and 50 years old, planted on sandy-loam soils with limestone.
The vineyard is farmed organically and biodynamically, with the aim of preserving soil life and expressing the characteristics of each parcel. The grapes are directly pressed and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks.
The wine is then aged for around 8 months on its fine lees, in concrete tanks and wooden barrels, before bottling.
