Jérôme Bretaudeu Ornaté 2023 Red Wine
Jérôme Bretaudeau Ornaté Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Jérôme Bretaudeau in the village of Gétigné, within the Muscadet A.O.C. in the Loire Valley.
The wine is a single-varietal Merlot sourced from a 25-year-old vineyard planted on granite soils with white and pink quartz.
The grapes are fully destemmed, followed by 12 days of maceration on the skins and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak.
