Domaine Schoffit Riesling Sec Tradition White 2024 is a white wine produced by Domaine Schoffit in the town of Colmar, within the A.O.C. Alsace.
It is a single-varietal Riesling, sourced from vineyards over 40 years old, planted on sandy soils.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation under temperature control, lasting between 3 and 12 months.
It is then aged in stainless steel tanks, preserving purity, freshness and varietal expression.
