Eulogio Pomares Carralcoba Albariño 2023 is a white wine made by Eulogio Pomares in Castrelo, Cambados, D.O. Rías Baixas.
The wine is a single-varietal 100% Albariño from the Carralcoba vineyard, planted with old vines around 70–78 years old on granite soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermentation takes place spontaneously in 1,200-litre chestnut oak foudres.
The wine is then aged for 8 months on its fine lees in the same foudres, without undergoing malolactic fermentation. Production for this vintage was approximately 2,100 bottles
