Jerome Galeyrand Orane 2022 White Wine
Jérôme Galeyrand Orane White 2022 is a white wine produced by Jérôme Galeyrand under the A.O.C Bourgogne.
This wine is a single-varietal Chardonnay from several vineyards located in the Côte de Nuits, planted on limestone and clay soils, cultivated organically and following biodynamic practices.
The whole clusters are gently pressed, and fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts in barrels over the course of four weeks.
The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and bottled without filtration, stabilization, or fining.
