La Fita Els Arpiots 2023 White Wine
La Fita Els Arpiots Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Bodegas La Fita in the Penedès region of Catalonia. This wine is a blend (plurivarietal) of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Xarel·lo Vermell. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils
The fermentation is spontaneous, using indigenous yeasts. The Xarel·lo Vermell component undergoes a maceration of over 6 days. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
