La Fita Xarel lo De Les Granges 2023 White Wine
La Fita Xarel·lo Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by La Fita in the Penedès region of Catalonia.
The wine is a single-varietal Xarel·lo, grown in clay-limestone soils.
It undergoes a 6-day skin maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged for 6 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks and a further 9 months in bottle.
