La Vigne Sauvage La Sauvageonne white 2021 is a red wine produced by Vigne Sauvage on the shores of Lake Léman, in the French Savoie region.
It is a single-varietal Chasselas. The wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and undergoes a 5-day skin maceration.
It is aged for one year in fiberglass tanks and bottled without filtration, fining, or stabilization.
