Pagos de Brigante Garelo Blanco 2020
Pagos de Brigante Garelo White 2020 is a white wine produced by Pagos de Brigante in the Galician town of Betanzos, within the protected geographical indication Terra de Betanzos.
This is a single-varietal wine made from Godello grapes sourced from the region.
Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, with one third of the wine fermented in French oak barrels and the remaining two thirds in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged on its fine lees for 5 months in the same vessels, with a short initial period of bâtonnage to enhance texture, volume, and complexity.
