Pedro Marques Vale Da Capucha Cedro Alvarão White 2019 is a white wine produced by Pedro Marques in the Torres Vedras region of Portugal.
The wine is a single-varietal Alvarão, the local name for Albariño. The vineyard soils are particularly unique, containing marine fossils within their composition.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging on its own lees in stainless steel tanks with constant bâtonnage.
The wine is neither fined nor filtered.
