Pradorey El Cuentista 2022 White Wine
Pradorey El Cuentista White 2022 is a white wine produced by Pradorey in the Burgos area of the Ribera del Duero.
The wine is a single-varietal Tempranillo made from grapes sourced from the Pago Hoyo Dornajo estate, a vineyard located at around 800 meters above sea level with a 6% slope in the Burgos sector of Ribera del Duero. It is a blanc de noirs, a wine made from red grapes vinified as a white.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16 °C in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels on its own lees.
