Sergio Álvarez – APA Blanco 2022 is a white wine is produced by Sergio Álvarez in the Rosal area of Rías Baixas. The vineyards are 100–120 years old and planted in granite soils, and the wine is made from 100% Loureiro.
It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and is then batonnaged on its lees. The production is very limited, with just 515 bottles
