Sylvain Bock Ne Fais Pas Sans Blanc White 2023 is a white wine produced by Sylvain Bock in Ardèche, within the Côte du Rhône area. It is a blend of Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay.
The vineyard work follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture, and the winemaking adheres to natural practices.
The wines used in this blend come from two different vintages, 2015 and 2016. They underwent aging in a combination of French oak barrels (15%) and stainless steel tanks (85%).
