Thomas Tixier Chablis Blanc 2024 is a white wine produced in Courgis, in Chablis.
It is a single-varietal Chardonnay sourced from vineyards planted on clay-limestone soils.
The wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts, with half fermented in stainless steel and the other half in French oak, without additives.
It is aged for 12 months in different vessels until blending.
The wine is bottled without filtration, stabilization, or fining.
