Vallée Moray A Mi Chemin White 2022 is a white wine produced by Domaine Vallée Moray, the project of Hervé Grenier in Montlouis-sur-Loire, in France’s Loire Valley.
The wine is a blend of Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from vineyards farmed naturally on clay and flint soils, characteristic of the region.
Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention, using spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and without the addition of oenological products.
The wine is aged for an extended period in used barrels, aiming to preserve the purity of the fruit while bringing depth and balance to the wine.
