Veigamoura Quinquenio 2018
Veigamoura Quinquenio 2018 is a white wine made by Veigamoura in Arbo, in the Condado do Tea subzone, D.O. Rías Baixas, Galicia.
It is a single-varietal Albariño from vineyards located on granite slopes at around 280 metres above sea level, facing southeast, on shallow, low-fertility soils with abundant granite fragments.
The grapes are hand-harvested and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains for 36 months. It is then aged for 24 months in bottle before release.
Production is limited, and the wine’s extended ageing allows it to develop greater complexity and evolution.
