Verónica Ortega Roto 2022 White Wine
Verónica Ortega Roto White 2022 is a white wine produced by Verónica Ortega in Bierzo, Castilla y León.
The wine is a single-varietal Palomino Fino from vineyards over 100 years old, located at 750 meters above sea level.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged in old Manzanilla casks of 500L and 600L under a layer of flor.
