Zarate Tras Da Viña 2021 White Wine
Zárate Tras Da Viña Blanco 2021 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Zárate under the D.O. Rías Baixas. It is a single-varietal wine made from Albariño grapes.
The grapes come from 50-year-old vines planted on granitic “xabre” soils, with a planting density of 1,500 vines per hectare. The climate is Atlantic, characterized by abundant rainfall and mild temperatures.
The grapes are harvested by hand, and a malolactic fermentation is carried out prior to the alcoholic fermentation. The must is then racked in tank, removing the heavier lees and retaining the fine lees.
