Zaráte Caiño Tinto 2023
Zárate Caiño Tinto 2023 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Zárate under the Rías Baixas appellation.
This wine is a single-varietal Caiño Tinto from over 60-year-old vineyards planted on granitic soils. The grapes are carefully selected both in the vineyard and in the winery before being foot-trodden with the whole clusters. During fermentation, daily pigeage is carried out over a period of four weeks.
The wine is aged for 12 months in third-use French oak barrels. It is neither fined nor filtered.
