Bodegas Zaráte albariño Blanco 2024
Bodegas Zárate Albariño White 2024 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Zárate under the Rías Baixas appellation.
This wine is a single-varietal Albariño from 35-year-old vineyards planted on granitic soils and farmed with environmentally respectful practices.
Harvesting is done manually, followed by destemming and gentle pressing. After a light settling, fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is aged on its lees for 3 months in the same tanks.
