Bereche et fils Ambonnay grand Cru 2019 Sparkling Wine
Bérêche et Fils Ambonnay Grand Cru Espumoso 2019 is a sparkling wine produced by Bérêche & Fils in the Champagne region.
The wine is a single-varietal Pinot Noir sourced from parcels with vines around 50 years old, classified as Grand Cru, in the village of Ambonnay. The estate, known as “Les Tourets”, features chalk and clay soils, situated at about 110 meters above sea level with a 10% slope. The vineyard lies within the Champagne A.O.C.
The wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts and slowly in French oak barrels, where it ages on its lees. It then undergoes bottle aging under cork for 54 months before disgorgement.
The wine is considered a Blanc de Noirs.
