Domaine Carré Frères Le Champ des Maladries 2021 is a sparkling wine produced in Champagne.
It is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir sourced from the prestigious terroirs of Trépail (Premier Cru) and Verzy (Grand Cru).
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by 11 months of aging in French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place.
