Georges Laval Cumières 1er Cru brut Nature Sparkling Wine
Georges Laval Cumières 1er Cru Brut Nature Sparkling is produced by Georges Laval under the A.O.C. Champagne.
The wine is a blend of Chardonnay(40%), Meunier (30%), and Pinot Noir(30%) from seven parcels located in the Premier Cru village of Cumières in the Marne Valley. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils and farmed biodynamically.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wine is aged in old French oak barrels. No dosage is added.
