Marie Courtin Resonance Extra Brut Espumoso
Marie Courtin Résonance Extra Brut is a white Champagne made by Dominique Moreau in Polisot, in the Côte des Bar, Champagne, France. The domaine follows organic and biodynamic farming principles and holds Ecocert and Demeter certifications.
It is a 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from a single vineyard plot located on the upper part of a slope. The vines are approximately 40–45 years old, propagated through massal selection and facing east and southeast.
In the winery, fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, where the wine remains on its lees for approximately 15–36 months, depending on the vintage.
The Champagne is neither fined nor filtered and is bottled with zero dosage.
