Maupertis Pink Bulles Sparkling Wine
Maupertis Pink Bulles Espumoso is a sparkling wine produced by Maupertis and Bertrand Gautherot, made from selected vineyards in the Côte des Bar. The wine is a single-varietal Gamay.
The vineyard is worked using 100% organic methods, and the winemaking follows the principles of minimal intervention. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, and the wine is aged in barrels of 350 to 600 liters, followed by 20 months of bottle aging.
It is neither filtered, fined, nor dosed.
Disgorgement date: July 2022.
