Phelan Farm Brij Wines Chardonnay 2024 White Wine
Phelan Farm Scythian White 2022 is a white wine produced by Phelan Farm in Cambria, California, under the Cucamonga Valley appellation.
It is a single-varietal Chardonnay grown on clay soils.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels.
It is then aged for 11 months in the same barrels, unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur levels to preserve its purity and character.
