Tanca Nica Kharci 2024 White Wine

Tanca Nica Kharci Bianco 2024 is a white wine produced by Tanca Nica in the locality of Rukia, Pantelleria, Sicily.

The wine is a single-varietal Zibibbo sourced from a vineyard planted on volcanic sandy soils of pumice and lapilli.

Hand-harvested, with separate vinification for each parcel, full destemming of the grapes, and varied maceration from one day to three weeks. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts.

The wine is aged in glass demijohns for approximately 6 months.

This is a unique edition made from an abandoned vineyard with no pruning, containing grapes at different ripening stages (green, ripe, and overripe). It is the only and final edition, as this vineyard will be incorporated into the vinification of Soki Soki.

Only 200 bottles were produced.
