Tanca Nica Soki Soki 2025 White Wine
Tanca Nica San Marco Bianco 2025 is a white wine produced by Tanca Nica in the locality of Rukia, Pantelleria, Sicily.
The wine is a single-varietal Zibibbo sourced from a vineyard planted on red sandy soils composed of decomposed basalt and obsidian. The vines are 20 years old, northeast-facing, at 50 meters of altitude.
The grapes are hand-destemmed with minimal maceration, foot-trodden, and undergo spontaneous fermentation with no added SO₂. The wine is aged in 54L demijohns and bottled without fining or filtration. Since 2019, they have bottled their four Zibibbo “Grand Crus” separately—this is one of them. Only 132 bottles per Cru are produced.
