Tanca Nica Rukia 2023 White Wine
Tanca Nica Rukia Bianco 2023 is a white wine produced by Tanca Nica in the locality of Rukia, Pantelleria, Sicily.
The wine is a single-varietal Zibibbo sourced from a 1970 vineyard located at 150 meters of altitude, west-facing, on loose volcanic soil composed of grey pumice stones of granular size over lava rock.
The grapes are hand-destemmed with minimal maceration, foot-trodden, and undergo spontaneous fermentation with no added SO₂. The wine is aged in 54L demijohns and bottled without fining or filtration.
