Domaine de Bichery Les Fontaines Brut Nature Rosé Sparkling 2022 is a rosé Champagne produced by Domaine de Bichery in Neuville-sur-Seine, in the Côte des Bar subregion of Champagne, France.

The wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir, with 15% vinified as a saignée rosé and 85% as a Blanc de Noirs. The grapes used for the saignée portion are harvested approximately 10 days later to achieve greater ripeness.

The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, with 30% of the wine vinified in used oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks. The wine then undergoes natural malolactic fermentation and is aged on its own lees before bottling. It is released as a Brut Nature (0 g/L dosage), unfined and unfiltered.
