Cati Ribot Ses Gaies is a white wine made of Moscatel in Santa Margalida, Mallorca. The wine is produced following biodynamic farming principles and 100% natural vinification, with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts.
Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and finishes in 500-liter barrels, where the wine rests for 4 months. The vineyards grow on Call Vermell, a distinctive red clay soil that defines the character of wines from the island.
A light and fresh white wine, known for its aromatic and expressive profile.
